Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct that is prohibited when using the Skygn services. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

1. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Service to:

• break the law, or infringe, misappropriate, or violate any person's rights;
• upload or distribute malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or harmful;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or harvest others' information without consent;
• circumvent seat, rate, usage, or technical limits, or resell the Service without authorization;
• use the Service to build a competing product or to train competing models.

2. Data you submit

You are responsible for the data you and your users submit and for having the rights and consents necessary for us to process it. Do not upload data you are not permitted to share, or sensitive data beyond what the Service is designed to handle.

3. AI features

Do not use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, to attempt to extract other customers' data, or to circumvent safety controls. AI output assists your judgment; you remain responsible for how you use it.

4. Security research

We welcome good-faith security research. Report suspected vulnerabilities to info@skygn.ai and give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before public disclosure. Do not access other customers' data, degrade the Service, or exfiltrate data.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access, with or without notice depending on severity, and may cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
