Effective July 17, 2026
Skygn is committed to making our website and application usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and comparable laws.
We aim to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA and to treat accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We include accessibility in how we design, build, and review the Service.
We consider the Service to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most of the experience meets the standard, and we are actively remediating known gaps. Some third-party or embedded components may not yet fully conform; we work with our providers to improve them.
Accessibility is prioritized in our development process, including periodic audits and fixes. As we identify issues — through testing or user feedback — we track and address them.
If you encounter a barrier, need content in an alternative format, or want to report an accessibility issue, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help and to remediate:
Please include the page or feature, what happened, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if any. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback promptly.
This statement reflects our current, good-faith accessibility efforts. It is reviewed as the Service evolves.
