Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Skygn subscriptions. It supplements the billing terms in our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before you pay. You will not be charged during the trial; unless you cancel before it ends, your paid subscription begins and the applicable fees are charged.

2. Subscriptions are billed in advance

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing interval and the number of seats shown at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except as set out below or as required by law.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid term, and you are not charged again. We do not automatically prorate refunds for the unused portion of a term you cancel, except where required by law.

4. Seat changes

• Adding seats mid-term is charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of the term.
• Removing seats takes effect at your next renewal; we do not refund seats removed mid-term.

5. When we will provide a refund

• Where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
• A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge, once verified.
• A prepaid, unused term where we materially and adversely change the Service and you object, as described in the Terms of Service.
• At our discretion, in cases of genuine billing error or extenuating circumstances.

6. How to request a refund

Contact info@skygn.ai with your account details and the charge in question. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; timing depends on your payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension while the dispute is investigated.
