To provide the Service, Skygn engages the third-party providers below to process certain data on our behalf. We require each to protect data consistent with our Privacy Notice and applicable law. Some providers apply only if you enable a related feature.

| Upstash | Rate limiting and ephemeral caching | Request identifiers, counters |
| Plaid | Bank connectivity (only if you connect a bank) | Bank connection tokens, transaction data you import |
| Google Maps Platform | Address validation and mapping (only where used) | Address strings you enter |
We may add or replace sub-processors as the Service evolves. Where required by contract or law, we will provide notice of material changes so you can review them. To request advance notification of changes, contact privacy@skygn.ai.
