AI Policy

Skygn builds AI features — including demand forecasting and the Rune copilot — into the Service. This policy explains how we use AI responsibly and how your data is handled.

1. How AI is used

AI assists you: it drafts, summarizes, forecasts, and surfaces insights across your data so you can act faster. Where practical, our AI shows its reasoning and confidence so you can judge the output. AI is a tool to support your decisions, not to replace them.

2. Your data and model training

• We do not use your Customer Data to train general-purpose or third-party foundation models.
• AI requests may be processed by trusted AI providers listed in our Sub-processors register, under agreements that restrict use of your data to providing the service.
• Your data stays yours, isolated per tenant, and governed by our Privacy Notice.

3. Accuracy and human oversight

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted results before relying on them — especially for accounting, tax, regulatory, safety, or financial decisions. The Service is not professional advice.

4. Acceptable use of AI

You may not use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to circumvent safety controls, as described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Metering and limits

AI features are subject to usage metering and fair-use limits. Each seat includes a monthly AI credit; additional usage may require top-ups as described at purchase.

6. Transparency and improvement

We continually evaluate our AI for quality and safety and may adjust models and safeguards. Material changes to how AI features handle your data will be reflected here and, where required, communicated to you.
